They are easy to grow, tasty, and packed with nutritional benefits!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Simple Sprouting Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>SOAK<\/strong>&#8211; Put 1 to 2 Tbsp. seed in a wide mouth jar. Cover with mesh and secure with rubber band. Add water, swirl, and drain. Add 1 cup cool water and soak for 2 to 3 hours. Drain well.<\/li>\n<li><strong>RINSE<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Twice a day, refill jar with cool water, swirl, and drain. Invert jar and prop at an angle in a sink or bowl.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ENJOY<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Ready to eat in 3 to 5 days. Refrigerate to store. (Sprouts can be refrigerated for up to two weeks in a sealed container. (Sprouts store best when they are fairly dry- do not store immediately after rinsing.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Seed Storage:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our seeds should sprout well for a year after you purchase them, if stored in a cool dry place. If you\u2019d like to extend the germination life of your seeds, store them in the fridge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Organic Seeds<\/strong><br \/>\nWhat are organic seeds? Organic seed is an unaltered seed that comes from a purely raised plant with no genetic modification and that has not been affected by chemical applications or additives. Because organic growers are not permitted to use synthetic pesticides on their plants, the plants naturally become adapted to withstand pests and other natural enemies such as harsh weather. They have to, in order to defend themselves.
